Job Responsibilities

Assisting in formulation and review of credit risk management policies, guidelines,

manua, setting up of credit risk appetite, limit, tolerance, etc. with due consideration for

sector, industry, geographical location, regulatory limits, best practices, curent business

and economic conditions

Monitoring loan portiolio to ensure good quality asset growtn

Monitoring credit concentration and ensuring compliance of intermal limit

Closely monitoring the stressed loans to avoid adverse classification

Monitoring and following up overdue loans, special mention (SMA) loans, non-

performing loans (NPL), law suit cases, written off loans, regular accounts with

unsatisfactory repayment, loans having excess over limit, overdue accepted bills, off-

balance sheet exposure, forced loan, movement of adverse classification, collateral

against loans, credit rating of borrowers, taken over loans, etc

Maintaining liaison with independent internal loan review desk as per revised CRM

guidelines and ensuing its proper functioning

Reviewing the credit process independently

Collecting and analyzing data/intormation for identitying nsks and making appropriate

recommendations for risk mitigation

Prepanng nsk management reports, arranging monthly meeting of ERMC and preparing

meeting minutes, disseminating the decisions to the concemed department/divisions,

monitoring and follow up of implementation status

Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, meeting minutes, Compliance

reports and other documents to BB

Assisting BRMC (Risk Management Committee of the Board) and ERMC (Executive

Risk Management Committee) by providing risk issues that are needed to be addressed

Preparing necessary reports and presentations for BRMC and overall coordination of

BRMC meetings

Assisting senior management in formulating strategic planning considering bank’s risk

exposures and industry as a whole

Taking initiatives for interim review of risk appetites on request of other related

departments and informming the board of directors and BRMC time to time about the

status of nsk exposures as compared to appetite

Monitoring compliance of irregularities found in core risk inspection reports of BB

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superiori/ Line Manager.
